What we do

Fusion exists to create a more innovative, ambitious and entrepreneurial culture - sustainably.  We do this by bringing together business owners and leaders in a variety of informal settings, where they can exchange ideas, share problems and benefit from the experiences of others; in order to stimulate innovative ideas which will create and sustain a competitive advantage. It is our conviction that this will ultimately strengthen the economy of our rural Scotland

Our role is to provide the forum, the environment and the catalyst which enables local business people to meet and discuss their challenges, ideas, problems and successes. There are no presentations or speeches - simply a relaxed environment where like minded people participate in a facilitated discussion about relevant business issues. We enable you to tap into a pool of knowledge, wherever it is held; whether in university research departments or in the minds of your fellow business owners.

Our network includes business owners, in businesses of all size and sectors, throughout the rural Scotland, from Scottish Borders to Shetland, including Western Isles. No matter what your challenges may be, there is certain to be someone who has the experience or knowledge to help. We will assist you to identify and link through to them, quickly and easily.
